* Lunches on Friday and Saturday will be taken in the tournament's dining room, not in the accommodation.

TRANSPORT

BUS SERVICE

Teams that do not come to the tournament with their own bus can hire the Official Bus Service.

This service includes:

  • Pick up and transfer from the place of arrival (airport, train station, port - from the province of Valencia) to the accommodation selected.
  • Transfer from accomodation to all official matches.
  • Transfer to opening ceremony.
  • Transfer to a tourist visit in the city of València.
  • Pick up and transfer from the accommodation back to the airport, train station or port.

Price: 60 € per person.

TERMS AND PAYMENTS

TERMS AND PAYMENTS

Registration deadline: March 1, 2026.
The tournament organisers reserve the right to close entries before this date should the máximum number of teams expected for a given age category be reached.

PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS

1st payment: €1,000 per team, up to 15 days after registration.
2nd payment: 50% of the total before February 1, 2026.
Final Payment (100%): Before March 1, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1st payment (€1,000 per team): Non-refundable.
Cancellations from February 1st to March 1st: Cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations after March 1st: Cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid.
