Read the website and/or the tournament catalogue. If you would like to take part, proceed as follows.

1. Pre-registration
Firstly, complete the pre-registration. This involves giving us the details of the club and the person in charge, the age groups of participants and the type(s) of accommodation required.
There is a deadline for paying the tournament registration fee of €750 per team. Part of these 750 euros (100 euros) is the registration fee and the rest (650 euros) is a down payment on the participation fee depending on the type of accommodation chosen.

Pre-registration: Use the “INSCRIPTION” section in the web page of each tournament.

2. When we receive your pre-inscription, we will post the following documents to you:
- The registration form with full details of your participation (No. of players, No. of accompanying persons, nights to be booked, the teams’ first colours, etc.) which you must fill out and return to us by post.
- The passwords (user name and password) to check on the tournament web page that the information we have is correct. As more information is received, you can check the club details, the age groups you are registered in, the type of accommodation chosen (once you specify your accommodation you can access their web page), your team’s first colours, bookings for tickets to leisure parks, how to get to the tournament (bus, plane,...), the total cost of your participation, the payments made, etc.

3. The PLAYERS LISTS corresponding to each of the teams that is to participate in the next edition of the tournament must be completed in the tournament’s website. The lists can be accessed via CONSULT YOUR REGISTRATION, using the login details. The categories in which your teams are registered can be found in the TEAMS section. The details corresponding to the Coach, Delegate and Players of each team must be completed.

The players lists must be completed prior to your arrival at the tournament and you must bring each player’s identification documentation for the corresponding age control.

4. About one month before the tournament starts, we will post documents containing the following information to you:
- Name and details of your accommodation
- Details of the different official ceremonies scheduled during the tournament
- Your meeting point on the day of arrival

5. Please note: 2 weeks before the tournament starts, the tournament calendar with details of your group and the date, time and pitch of each fixture will be available on the web page.
